Wisher is an online platform allowing creators ("Creators") to create wishlists and fans ("Fans") to gift items to these Creators. Creators are required to create an account to use the Service, while Fans can use the platform without an account.

Creators must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep this information updated. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. No Refunds
All gifts made through the Service are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any gifts made on the Service.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You are responsible for your conduct and any content you provide.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and graphics on the Service are the intellectual property of P-L-X, LLC or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute such content without our permission.
